Payment intelligence layer live in 14 days

Deploy AI troops across your payment stack.

Your rails already move the money. Fintroops makes them legible — reading every narration, catching every leak and predicting every settlement across UPI, cards, NEFT, RTGS and NACH. No migration. No rip-and-replace.

    The platform

    Chaos in. Clarity out.

Traditional payments throw off a firehose of garbage: truncated narrations, mystery deductions, settlement files that never match your ledger. Fintroops turns that exhaust into a clean, queryable picture of your money.

    Narration decoder

Every bank writes its own dialect. We parse 1,100+ narration formats across 94 banks and resolve them to a real counterparty, category, GSTIN and intent — with a confidence score you can gate automations on.

    actual forecast

    Ask your payments anything

No dashboards to learn, no SQL to write. The Analyst troop answers in plain English and shows the exact transactions behind every number.

Why did our UPI success rate drop last Tuesday?

Success fell from 96.4% to 81.2% between 14:00–19:30. 92% of the failures came from a single issuer (HDFC) returning U69 — payer bank unavailable. Your retry window was 30s, shorter than the outage.

Recommendation: Router would have rerouted 7,412 of those to card and netbanking, recovering an estimated ₹41.8L in GMV.

    Six troops. One deployment.

Each troop is a focused agent with a narrow job and a measurable outcome. Turn them on independently — they share one ledger of truth underneath.

    Deployment

    Read-only on day one.

Fintroops observes before it acts. You decide when a troop graduates from advisory to automated.

    1

    Connect, don't migrate

Point us at what you already have — bank statements via account aggregator, gateway APIs, your ERP and settlement files. Read-only scopes, OAuth where available, SFTP where it isn't. Nothing in your checkout changes.

    Typical connect time: 2 days

    2

    Backfill and learn

We replay 24 months of your history to build an entity graph of your real counterparties and learn how each rail behaves for you — your issuers, your cut-off times, your failure modes. You get a leakage report before you commit to anything.

    Backfill + report: 7 days

    3

    Promote troops to live

Flip troops from advisory to acting, one rule at a time, with hard limits you set. Every automated action is logged, reversible and attributable. Sentry and Oracle stay read-only by design.

We found ₹2.4 crore of MDR we'd been overpaying for eleven months. Nobody caught it because the invoices always matched the statement. Fintroops read the contract slab and the actual deduction and just told us.

    FAQ

    The questions we always get

Still something unanswered? Grab a slot and ask a real engineer directly.

No. Fintroops is an intelligence layer, not a gateway. We read from whatever you already use and write back only where you explicitly enable it. Your checkout, your PCI scope and your merchant contracts stay exactly as they are.

Two layers. A deterministic parser handles the 1,100+ known bank formats, which covers most volume cheaply and with no ambiguity. Anything that falls through goes to a language model grounded in your own entity graph — your vendors, your GSTINs, your past matches — so it resolves names in your context rather than guessing globally. Low-confidence results get queued for a human instead of being silently assumed.

Hard limits, not good intentions. Every write-capable troop runs inside ceilings you define: per-transaction cap, daily cap, allowed rails, allowed counterparties. Anything outside the envelope becomes an approval request. There's a global kill switch, and every action is logged with the evidence that triggered it.

The leakage report from your 24-month backfill usually lands in week two, before any automation is switched on. Most teams find enough recoverable spend in that first report to cover the annual contract.

Not across tenants. Your entity graph and your rail behaviour models are yours alone and are deleted with your account. Shared components — like public bank narration grammars — contain no customer data.

Yes. The Indian rails are where our narration coverage is deepest, but Decoder, Sentry, Oracle and Reconciler work on ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT and card settlement files too. Router's issuer-health models need roughly 90 days of your volume in a new geography before we recommend switching it live.

    Find out what your payments
    have been hiding.

Thirty minutes, screen shared, your rails. We'll show you the leakage pattern we find most often in a stack like yours — no slides.

No card data requested. No gateway changes. Read-only to start.
